How to create a site policy in SharePoint 2013.
SharePoint 2013 site policies help you to manage site closure and deletion, it allows creating retention schedules for sites and site mailboxes. When a site is closed you can schedule automatic deletion of it basing on the closing date. If you are closing a site collection it becomes read only.
